We offer one-to-one desk-side tuition for staff working on specific tasks, or you may prefer a more structured group session. Choose from our course list or we can put something together to suit your requirements. We also offer one-to-one tuition in your home. Our goal is to make you completely comfortable with your computer and incidentally, we never consider a question silly, if it occurs to you to ask, then it's worth an answer. Handouts and exercises linked to all courses are always included.Floor walking allows a trainer working on site to be available so staff can ask questions as and when they arise. This is extremely useful when a new package or version of software goes 'live'. This on-the-spot, on-the-day short term help saves unimaginable amounts of time, money and frustration in the long run.
