About Us
Susan Barrett founded Rabbit Training in 2001 to put into action her theories based on 15 years of experience and a firm belief in the importance of common sense and clear communication when it comes to training.Having started her career working for the directors of companies such as The Burton Group and GEC Marconi, Susan found she not only had enviable organisational skills and an instinctive understanding of technology but an aptitude for translating tech talk so everyone could understand it.
In 1995 Susan joined Harley West Training working initially on Microsoft Office and progressing to technical training on Microsoft NT4. Four years later she joined Network Alchemy Ltd providing training and course development on the Alchemy Series (telephony and data convergence) for the distributor’s engineers, as well as structuring, writing and maintaining all their help texts. She went on to work with Avaya and SpliceCom, which gave her further opportunity of consolidating her IT knowledge with ongoing development in the telephony world.
All of the above has given Susan a unique insight and detailed training experience in the full range of SpliceCom maximiser products. It has also enabled her to develop bespoke courses on individual client systems for their optimum business benefit. Obviously Susan keeps her finger on the pulse of each new MS Office development, ensuring training is always fully up to date.
